Public comments may be submitted to [email protected] prior to the meeting’s Welcome and Opening Remarks so that they can be sent to the Task Force as soon as possible, while those received during or after an agenda item is heard will be posted online. Public comments will be taken on agenda items at the time the item is heard. Public comments will be limited to two minutes unless, at the discretion of the Chair, circumstances require a shorter period. Members of the public will not be permitted to yield their allotted time to other members of the public to make comments.
