Meeting Packets

Upcoming Meeting Materials

To search for meeting materials for an upcoming meeting, visit the Meetings & Events webpage and follow one of these steps:

1. From the Select Committee dropdown, choose the specific meeting you need. A filtered list of results matching that committee name will appear below in the first tab below.
   1. Alternately, scroll through the list of all upcoming meetings in the first tab. 
2. Once you find the meeting you need, you can view the meeting agenda in HTML or PDF format. 
   1. Or click on the meeting name to view the meeting detail page, which – when posted by the meeting Clerk – will have memos, packets, presentations and other related materials.

Past Meeting Materials

To search for past meeting materials, visit the Meetings & Events webpage and follow these steps:

1. From the Select Committee dropdown, choose the specific meeting you need. 
2. Below, click on the Past tab and a filtered list of results matching that committee name will appear. 
   1. Alternately, click on the Search tab and enter a date range and press the Search button. A filtered list of results for that committee and time period will appear. 
3. Once you find the meeting you need, click on the meeting name to view the meeting detail page, which will have the agenda, recordings, transcript, memos, presentations and any other related materials from that meeting.

If you prefer to view meeting materials for all past meetings, you can skip the Select Committee dropdown and simply click on the Past tab.
